How long does your registration process take?

Forms submitted during working hours of Monday-Friday (9am - 3pm), treatment will generally be authorised within the hour. An email will be sent to you confirming your login details together with a link to our secure user's area where you may obtain your medication by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.

For forms submitted outside of normal working hours (including evenings and weekends), treatment will gererally be authorised during the next business day. Do I have to go through this process for a repeat prescription?

No. Once you have been approved for treatment, you will  be able to request a repeat prescription instantly. You will also be given the opportunity to update you medical information or change your delivery details if this has changed since your initial registration.

Yes. All information you supply to us is legally protected under doctor-patient privilege. Our online ordering system uses advanced, secure encryption technology. Is it legal?

Yes. Under British law, provided a qualified doctor writes a prescription for your condition, it is perfectly legal to obtain treatment via the internet without a face-to-face consultation.
