Question: I am trying to order tablets from your website. I ED one year ago which lasted for 2 weeks and resolved itself. My main problem is I ejaculate within one minute of penetration. This makes my wife feel unhappy and frustrated. She can only experience orgasm by oral or digital stimulation and not definitely by sexual intercourse. Recently, she admitted this to me, and I am now feeling guilty, which is probably causing my ED. At present, I am getting erections even in the bed with my wife. But, at the point of penetration, erection fails, adding more frustration to both of us. My main question is: Will the Viagra or the other drugs aggravate my main problem of premature/early ejaculation- and make me ejaculate more earlier than ever before and thereby adding to the existing mental trauma? Or will they delay ejaculation by maintaining erection for a prolonged time during intercourse? Could you advise me which drug can be used for ED when I have premature ejaculation- Viagra, Cialis or Levitra?
Answer: Erectile Dysfunction treatments such as Viagra, Cialis and Levitra may not treat PE per se, but the extra time that they allow is useful as a psychological tool. Two important self-help techniques associated with curing PE are to relax and also a technique called ‘Stop and start‘. This is the most common technique used in psychosexual therapy. It involves the practice of stimulating yourself to the point just before ejaculation, then stop and start again when the sensations have subsided. Repeat this three times. The length of time before each stop gets gradually longer. Stud 100 (also known as Premjact) has been licensed by the Department of Health for the treatment of premature ejaculation.
