I am a 23 year old guy and i am having sex since about a year and a half now. However i pre-ejaculate or ejaculate very fast. also the hardening of my penis does not last for long. Can you please advice an oral treatment for me for the same which has lesser side effects and higher effectiveness.

The doctor recommends that you start with cialis 10 mg, or viagra 50 mg or levitra 10 mg. The dosage can be increased at a later stage if the lower dosage does not lead to the desired effect
